We specialise in custom-made clothing based on user submitted text or images.
You are responsible for ensuring that any context you upload does not infringe on third-party
rights or trademarks.
Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping Policy
Current dispatch time is 7 to 10 days. If there are any delays to your order you will be
updated.
EXTRA INFORMATION
You must provide us with complete delivery address information. This includes the name of
the recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the timescale. However, delays can occur
due to unforeseen factors.
We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas day, Boxing day or New
Year. Please allow an extra working day when calculating when choosing your delivery
option.
Refund policy
We offer a 28 day refund policy. If 28 days has passed we cannot offer you a refund or
exchange. Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us within 2 days.
Personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange. Once your order is in process it is
no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. This is due to the fact that our items are
personalised and cannot be resold. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your
order we cannot be held responsible for grammatical errors.
Please check the size guide as we cannot be held responsible if an item does not fit. We
can only replace items that are defective . Holly and Jack abide by all statutory guarantee
regulations.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you by email if a refund is
being processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note you
will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.We can only replace items that are defective. Holly and Jack abide by all statutory

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift on checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift
credit for the value of your return excluding shipping costs unless item is defected.
If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service
or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Colour Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure that the colours displayed on our website are accurate,
we cannot guarantee an exact match. Due to variations in monitors, mobile screens and
browser settings the colour of our products may appear slightly different. Additionally
different product batches may have slight variations. Due to the customised nature , we
cannot accept returns for slight colour differences.
Proof reading and Approval
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling or incorrect information. Please ensure
all spelling, colour preference and sizes are correct before finalising your order.
