What items can be personalised?

All of our clothing can be personalised along with soft toys, key rings, baby blankets, baby comforters and back packs.  The only exception is the water bottle as it already has its own unique design.


What size clothing are available?

Our clothing is available in a wide range of baby, toddler and children’s sizes.  Please refer to the size guide on each product page.


Can I order matching outfits for siblings or bulk buy for children’s parties?

Yes many of our designs are available in different sizes please refer to our online contact form and we can give you a personalised quote.


Do you offer gift options?

Our personlised clothing and soft toys make perfect gifts for any occasion.  We also offer a beautiful gift wrapping service as an option at checkout.


Can I return personalised items.?

Because our items are custom made, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.  Please double-check spelling and sizing before placing your order.  We will send you a confirmation email to help prevent mistakes being made.  If you think you have made a spelling mistake please contact us as soon as possible before production has started.  We will do our best to help.


Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at the present time.


Are your clothing materials child friendly?

We use soft, fabrics such as sustainable organic cotton, 100% cotton and high quality printing methods and materials.  All conform to one or all of the following accreditations.
